Decent Location, Issues with Cleanliness

The overall cleanliness was an issue. I stayed in a room and found it quite unsatisfactory and superficial. Pool towels had stains, and I found two cockroaches on separate nights (It was like a horror movie!). This was quite disappointing.

The location impressed me. the outdoor dining area on the balcony provided a nice pool view. i appreciated the rooftop access. the large fridge and freezer, along with the dishwasher and kitchen area, were useful. i found the design with curtains separating the bedroom appealing. The space was generous, and the pool access was easy.

The room was freezing cold. The floors felt unusually cold. the curtains had to remain closed because other units overlooked our windows. it was not pleasant at all.

the reception staff demonstrated excellent friendliness. they were readily available and able to address any concerns promptly. the housekeeping services maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay. it was quite appreciated.

the café offered excellent coffee, and i really loved that. the kitchen was well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, including pots and pans. the large single-door fridge was very useful and the access was easy.

the room included a comfortable bed. the design featured curtains, and it separated the bedroom effectively from other areas. i was really surprised by how spacious it was. it felt luxurious and grand.

The room was spacious it was quite nice. The rooftop spa is amazing I used it a lot. Views were great from up there. The location is good it is a short walk to the beach.

The room was a bit dark it felt subterranean. The floor felt sandy I doubt it could be properly cleaned. Lighting at night was insufficient areas are pitch black.

I had some problems . Our room lacked daily refreshing service, so I had to take out my own rubbish. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable, especially after long days.

Is the incline around the resort manageable for someone who struggles with hills?

The resort is situated on Noosa Hill, but the paths down to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction are not very steep. A public bus service is available at stops right outside Reception for convenience.
